And I know that my  prospects&lt;br /&gt;their biggest pain, their biggest frustration is their&lt;br /&gt;credit  card debt. And I know that the problem is their&lt;br /&gt;monthly payments.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Let’s say that I’ve figured all that out by thinking&lt;br /&gt;it through. Well I’m  gonna do then is I want to create&lt;br /&gt;a one hour video called “How to cut your  credit card&lt;br /&gt;monthly payments in half”.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;And then I’m gonna out online and I’m gonna write blog&lt;br /&gt;posts. I’m going to  go to social media websites and I’m&lt;br /&gt;gonna start discussion groups. And I’m  gonna go on&lt;br /&gt;pay-per-click and gonna start bidding on terms around&lt;br /&gt;debt.  I’m gonna start an affiliate programs and I’m gonna&lt;br /&gt;give my affiliate  partners a link that allows them to&lt;br /&gt;offer this free content and attracts all  the sales so&lt;br /&gt;I can pay them later.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;You follow, I’m gonna use this as my bait. Once I’ve&lt;br /&gt;got this video, that  as solid hour of really high value&lt;br /&gt;content, something that I can say is worth  $97 dollars.&lt;br /&gt;I can then go out and say&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Free $97 video training teaches how to cut your credit card payments  in half.”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;And I know that because that’s the thing that they’re&lt;br /&gt;the most frustrated  about, they’re most pain because&lt;br /&gt;I work that through and I figure that out  that that’s&lt;br /&gt;going to be the bait that pulls in the most customers.&lt;br /&gt;And you  can do that in your niche. How do we keep reinventing, how do we keep&lt;br /&gt;choosing niches and  launching products that are successful,&lt;br /&gt;because of using these 3 question  tests in my mind.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So there’s a great system for choosing a niche. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now other consideration that you have to think about when you are&lt;br /&gt;creating  information products are “What format am I going to&lt;br /&gt;choose?”&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; “Am I going to create a book, or “Am I going to  create an audio course?” or Am I going to create a video course”  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;A seminar, a coaching program, a webinar, a member area, and all&lt;br /&gt;these  different format that’s have their advantages and&lt;br /&gt;disadvantages. So think  carefully which format you’re going to&lt;br /&gt;choose. What does this mean? Well it means that where&lt;br /&gt;your prospect is at,  when they got this pain and urgency or this&lt;br /&gt;irrational passion this emotional  need, they gone out and looking&lt;br /&gt;for solutions. They’re searching for options  to fix their&lt;br /&gt;problems or get the results that they want.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Are they finding options? Do they perceive that they have lots of&lt;br /&gt;options?  Because if they do, then you’re dealing with&lt;br /&gt;competition. Then you have to  convince them why your solution is&lt;br /&gt;better and you’re gonna be dealing with  price competition etc&lt;br /&gt;etc.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I like to enter markets where there are  few or no perceived&lt;br /&gt;options. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;In the book “Positioning” Al Ries and Jack Trout they talk about&lt;br /&gt;creating  a new category that you can be first in. The modern book&lt;br /&gt;that’s come out  that’s another spin in this technique is this&lt;br /&gt;book called “Blue Ocean  Strategy”. Go into blue ocean create a&lt;br /&gt;new niche that you can be first in. In  our business we created&lt;br /&gt;dating advice.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;There’s a lot of relationship advice out there that no one in  the&lt;br /&gt;mainstream was really &lt;em&gt;teaching dating advice&lt;/em&gt;. So we launch  dating&lt;br /&gt;advice we marketed that we are first in it and we grew it and  now&lt;br /&gt;we are. We are number one in dating advice. We’ve done very well&lt;br /&gt;with  that one. And that is so critical if they got themselves to the&lt;br /&gt;point that they  motivated that they take action then your job is&lt;br /&gt;much easier because you just  have to show them the solution.&lt;br /&gt;Again, you are not trying to talk them into  wanting what you’re&lt;br /&gt;selling.&lt;span id="more-97"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Trying to talk to people what you are selling is very very&lt;br /&gt;challenging. When you&lt;br /&gt;combine the call to action  with the teaser content, free line&lt;br /&gt;content that someone can get for free,  just by opting in, it&lt;br /&gt;really tips the scale of value when the person says oh  wow I’ve&lt;br /&gt;got to have I’m gonna get all this great free stuff.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Another thing to increase conversion and this starts working&lt;br /&gt;especially  well when you start asking for money.
